Then, I imagine you might be experiencing a certain amount of uncertainty about what to expect. And so, in an effort to manage expectations and address the most commons concerns my new clients experience – I created this short “What to expect video” I invite you to watch it and let it show you exactly you expect should you decide to book a session with me.
SUZIE
After booking your session, here’s what you can expect to happen next.
1. You will get an email explaining how to best prepare for either phone or video (including Suzie’s private email)
2. Suzie suggests that you take a few moments to craft an email describing a little background of what’s been going on… why you booked your appointment… and 2 or 3 goals you would like to achieve during your session. This will help her to be even more efficient with your time and better prepared for your session.
3. Suzie will contact you at exactly your appointment time and she takes it from there. (If you don’t already have her contact info for Skype or Zoom appointments, Suzie will invite you to Skype about 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Suzie is a coach who specializes in marriage wellness and affair recovery.
Suzie doesn’t not take insurance. Keep in mind that Suzie is not a medical doctor or psychologist.
Some insurance will help out. Most will not. We leave that to you to work out with your specific insurance company.
Things are rapidly changing.
For years, 90% of Suzie’s clients preferred phone sessions, those numbers have now flipped. The majority of her clients now prefer Video Sessions.
There are 3 different options you can use to have a video session with Suzie. (Zoom, Skype or FaceTime).
Zoom is the much preferred option as this is a very stable platform. It’s super easy to install and use. Most people that have made the switch from FaceTime or Skype to Zoom have loved it.
Suzie knows you have a busy life and sometimes “life happens”.
We are happy to work with you to help reschedule your appointment. She just asks that you give her at least 24 hours notice if at all possible and we’ll make sure to accommodate you. (so long as this doesn’t become a habit of course).
Dear Suzie, Thank you so much for your amazing coach session on Monday. You are one in a million. All I did was text my husband that I was wrong, I should have felt safe to talk to him about my affair. If he was hurting me it worked that I am one one time learner etc... Anyway, he is now moving back in, he told me he loved me (hadn't for months) and that everybody makes mistakes and that he will get over this. Oh thanks Suzie, you saved my marriage.

Good morning Suzie! It's funny but by reading so much on your site and going through the Marriage Rehab course, I feel like I already know you, and I want to tell you that your advice is so helpful to me. If not for finding your site I would have not made the progress I have made since finding out about my husbands affair. He feels the same way. Truly, we thank you for all that you do.

It was a great session I had with Suzie, more than exceeded my expectations and was of great help. Thank you very much for organizing this and I will definitely book some more coaching with her.
an Affair Partner
I believe that nothing that happens in this world is a coincidence. It was by the grace of God that I found Suzie Johnson during one of the most challenging and difficult experiences of my life. My husband of 15 years betrayed my trust by having sex with another woman whom he known for only a couple days. I found out in a very shocking and hurtful way and was suffering tremendous emotional and mental pain when I found Suzie Johnson’s website. I was desperately scouring the internet for information about how to deal with infidelity when I found her words. Words that I so desperately needed to hear. It was as if my higher self was speaking to me through her words. Forgiveness – this was the word that jumped off the computer screen at me and the idea that caught my soul’s attention. Suzie points out on her website that true forgiveness is a sign of intelligence, strength and maturity. Despite my immense sadness and anger -- that was who I wanted to be. At that moment I knew I wanted to attempt the path of true forgiveness and felt an immediate feeling of relief in just the idea of it.
